Creating a Boo Basket is the perfect way to spread Halloween joy and bring a little magic to the season. Arrange smaller items towards the front so that all of them are visible.

I lined my basket with a soft flannel scarf from Target Dollar Spot. Now my basket has 4 gift items! 😉
