Ronnie received his M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Tusculum College in 2010 and his BBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from East Tennessee State University in 2002. Ronnie also became a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) in 2002 and a Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) in 2015. He is an active member of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association.

Tracy began her banking career in 1987 as a teller. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tusculum College in 1991 while working full time. After graduation she moved into a management role with Bank of America. In 2005 Tracy made the transition to ORNL FCU as a commercial lender and is currently the Construction Lending Manager. Tracy is active with several home builders associations in the market and a member of the Parade of Homes committee. She has been involved with the Knoxville Chamber Membership Committee, is an Ambassador for the Oak Ridge Chamber, and is a member of the Operations Committee for the United Way of Greater Knoxville.
